Tita Cards

Privacy

Your cards stay yours.

Tita Cards was built simple on purpose. No accounts, no tracking, and nothing leaves your phone unless you choose to share it.

Last updated: May 2026

The short version

We do not ask you to sign up. We do not run ads. We do not have a server collecting your information, and we do not sell or share anything about you.

Your saved cards, your written messages, your settings, and any photo you choose all stay on your own phone. The only time a card travels anywhere is when you tap Share and send it yourself.

Information we do not collect

To keep this easy to trust, here is what Tita Cards does not do:

  • No account, no email sign in, no password.
  • No analytics, no usage tracking, no advertising identifiers.
  • No location collection.
  • No contact list access.
  • No selling or sharing of personal information, ever.

What stays on your device

Tita Cards stores a few things locally so the app remembers your work between visits. These never leave your phone:

  • The cards you save, kept as image files in the app or your phone gallery.
  • Messages you type onto a card.
  • Your last design, your Card style settings, and your reminder time.
  • Any photo you pick from your gallery for a card.
  • Whether you have Premium, so the app can unlock the right features.

Removing the app from your phone clears this local information.

Photos

Stock photos

Background photos are provided by Pexels and loaded from their public image network when you preview a card. We do not send Pexels anything about you beyond the ordinary request needed to fetch an image.

Your own photos (Premium)

If you choose a photo from your gallery, it is used only on your device to draw your card. It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. It stays part of your card only if you save or share that card yourself.

When you share a card

Sharing uses your phone's normal share sheet. When you pick Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, or any other app, your finished card is handed to that app and is then governed by that app's own privacy policy, not this one. You are always the one who decides where a card goes.

Network requests the app makes

Tita Cards has no backend of its own, but a few features load content from trusted public services so the app can stay small on your phone:

  • Pexels image network, for stock background photos.
  • jsDelivr, for the decorative card fonts, fetched only when you use them.
  • A public code network, for the small library that turns your card into an animated GIF.

Like any request on the internet, these include technical details such as your device's IP address, which those services need in order to send the content back. We do not use this to build a profile of you, and we do not receive a report of your activity from them.

Premium purchases

Premium is an optional in-app purchase. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and the purchase is managed through RevenueCat, which tells the app whether Premium is active. We never see or store your card number, billing address, or bank details. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the store you purchased through.

Notifications

If the Card of the Day reminder is on, it is scheduled by your phone itself at the time you choose. There is no server sending it, and turning it off in Settings stops it completely.

Permissions we ask for

  • Photos: to save a finished card to your gallery, and to let you pick your own photo for a card. You can decline and still use the rest of the app.
  • Notifications: only for the optional daily Card of the Day reminder.

Children's privacy

Tita Cards is made for a general audience and is not directed to children. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not knowingly collect it from children either.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top will change with it. Meaningful changes will be noted in the app. Continuing to use Tita Cards after an update means the new policy applies.
